With 20 years of experience in D&B between them, Villem and Mcleod have produced some great music
with releases on Samurai, Utopia Music, Warm Communications, Dispatch, CIA, Flexout.
They both delivered a unique sample pack and now another has been released.
Sample pack 1 was a great success.

What can we all expect?
The pack consists of sounds that can be used in most styles of Drum & Bass. Overall there are just under 300 samples.
55 Bass Samples, 66 Beat & Percussion Loops, 40 Fx Samples, 37 Music and Arp loops, 34 Pads and 66 Single Drum Hits. All created this year so you know they are going to sound up to date and fresh!

Break (Symmetry) : V&M Vol 2 is one of the best packs I’ve heard in a while. So much good stuff to use, and nothing cheap or weak, this is the proper original DnB sound, heavy warm flavours.
Wicked selection of material too, they’ve made life too easy for producers ! You could get a whole album out of this pack.
Need For Mirrors (Zoltar): This is a great follow up to the previous pack, a huge resource of well arranged breaks and bass sounds from two producers that are passionate about good music. A must have for professional or novice producers.
Hybrid Minds (Spearhead): A great variety of tools. Really nice crisp drum hits and groovy breaks. Deep dirty bass and interesting pads and arps. Everything you need to make a decent track in one pack.
When and where can we purchase this from?
Will you both continue to release these packs?
Yeah, i think we probably will carry on doing them. We really enjoy doing them and people seem to like them so why not!?
I’ve noticed that you do online tutorials inline with your first sample pack.
Would you consider one to one production tutorials in the future?
Its something to consider but no plans at the moment. We are creating some more production tutorials on Youtube to run alongside the new Sample Pack, we will post them online once we have done them.
You both have already had an release on Utopia this January 2015.
I’ve noticed that you have been working with a well known female vocalist “Riya”
Will this be released soon?
We don’t have an exact date for the release but the project is very close to being finished and there will be some singles released before the album drops so all i can really say is watch this space! The project has had some key players in the scene involved so we are really excited about the reaction it gets when it is finally released.
Following on from that,what else are your plans for 2015?
We have a release called Sarah’s Smile that features a close friend of ours ‘Durban’ that is going to be released on the Spearhead ‘Ten’ Album and we recently signed a 12″ with Warm Communications.
