Soundcrash is incredibly happy to announce that bass and dance music stalwarts Alix Perez and Eprom, creators of stunning SHADES EP, will be taking over Archbase on Saturday 8th of April.
Motivated by the need for progression musically and personally, Perez and Eprom have grown to become some of the most influential artists among their peers today. Their ability to harness high energy, floor shaking beats with shades of hip hop and powerful synth horns makes them stand out from the crowd.
Eprom and Perez were aware of each other’s music for some time before they met in person at Northern Bass festival in New Zealand in 2013/2014. They next got together until the following summer in the Red Bull Studios LA with Foreign Beggars to produce the Modus EP which subsequently led to further collaborations. These tracks became the Alpha Pup EP, which was the birth of SHADES.
