Mixes, events and interviews – we share what we love #DNB

17/10, London. Beautifully Crafted @ Bunker Club

Now that our English Summertime is drawing to a close and the Autumn nights are getting darker, it’s time for the 5th dnbinstalment of Beautifully Crafted in Deptford. In true halloween style, we plan to delve deep into our crates and pull out the darkest vinyl selection The Bunker can handle. With Flipside Soundsystem providing the weight, the DJs on the night will be:

DJ Trax

Original b-boy and Moving Shadow veteran, DJ Trax has for over 20 years maintained a strong presence as a producer across a wide range of drum-led styles from jungle/dnb to downtempo and hip-hop. Originally one half of Mixrace alongside Paradox, this true turntablist will be taking centre stage with a mid 90s retrospective.

Louise Plus One & Hughesee

It is with great pleasure that we welcome two of the creators of the acclaimed Distant Planet parties and stalwarts of the London oldschool scene. They have supported our efforts since day 1 and know exactly how we like to set it off, so expect an hour of grade-A dancefloor devastation and nothing less.

Son of Mothra

Also for your listening enjoyment, we have our Beautifully Crafted resident, Son of Mothra. Frequently heard playing an interfusion of styles on our bi-weekly jungletrain.net show, you know our multi-talented DJ will represent. Expect to hear a blend of dark, twisted and jazzy beats to guide your ear through the session.

Realer & Handsome Jak

Beautifully Crafted member Realer joins in a special 2 hour back to back set with longtime crew associate and protรฉgรฉ Handsome Jak. These two oldschool fanatics have been hard at work, plundering the fabled mines of 1992-1993 hardcore jungle and they are eager to exhibit to you their rarest of gems.

Early arrival is advised to guarantee entry. No need for pre-drinks anywhere else – this is one of the cheapest bars in town and we remember, we don’t do warm up sets!

ยฃ6 on the door.

See you there!
